What we need from you
We will need any pictures or video you want included in your video as well as any song preference you may have to be used as background music.

Note that not all the pictures or video you provide can be used since the duration of your video is limited, so if you have any personal preferences please make them known ahead of time so we can accommodate your request.

If you have no preferences in music or media, we can choose it for you. After all that is what our artists do best.

How to send us your media
We request you send us copys of your pictures and video if at all possible for the simple reason we can not guarantee the safe delivery or return of the media you provide us. We will do our very best to see to it that your media is safely returned, but things can go wrong, and for that reason we request copys.

There are three ways for you to send us your media. We can pick it up if you live in the southeastern part of Michigan. You can ship it to us using one of the shipping companys listed below. Or you can upload it to one of our file servers if your media is digitally stored and you have high speed Internet accces.

If you plan on shipping your media, we highly recommend you use tracked shipping. Tracked shipping is provided from the following companies: US Priority mail, FedEx or UPS.

For payment we take all forms of major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard. We also take debit cards, checks, money orders and paypal.
